The Humboldt Park Community as a Campus (CAAC) Education Initiative, founded in 2011, strengthens schools by uniting the community around student success. Centered on Roberto Clemente Community Academy and its feeder schools, CAAC creates a seamless pathway from Pre-K to college and careers, offering wraparound support for students and families every step of the way.
