The Community as a Campus Sports League is a youth-centered initiative that integrates athletics, education, and cultural pride to uplift and empower students in the Humboldt Park community.

The Classroom to Table Urban Agriculture Program is an educational initiative working with 10 educational programs in Humboldt Park. Using hydroponic towers students learn about sustainable farming practices, local food production and healthy eating. The program often covers topics like plant biology, food security, environmental sustainability, and the social aspects of food systems. Every May, the participating schools and programs showcase their work and harvest at a year-end culminating event.

The Puerto Rican Cultural Center, Community as a Campus, operates two after-school programs funded by the Illinois State Board of Education 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant and the Chicago Public Schools, Sustainable Community Schools initiative. These programs are offered at Richard Yates Elementary and West Park STEAM Academy, providing students with morning, after-school, and summer opportunities. Services include English and math tutoring, homework help, physical activities, and STEAM enrichment classes.
Beyond academics, families are supported through Parent Programming, which offers workshops, wellness sessions, cooking classes, and leadership opportunities.
Together, these programs strengthen the connection between home, school, and community, while promoting both student success and family well-being.
