In collaboration with the Puerto Rican Cultural Center and the Chicago Public Schools Family and Community Engagement, CAAC sponsors a back to school carnival where 1500 back packs are provided to families and free rides for children on the labor day weekend festival known as “Fiesta Boricua”.
